3 Reasons You Should Grab an Early Review Copy of my New Thriller

The Spotlight, my newest mystery-thriller, about the terrifying rollercoaster of fame, comes out in three months, but now’s your chance to read it early.

If you’re a Netgalley user, you can request a copy. But I’m also offering a limited number of ebook review copies directly – for free. You just need to be a Goodreads user and/or post book reviews to your social media accounts. Send me a message (please include links to your social accounts) and I’ll ping you a review copy of the The Spotlight in ebook form.

Why is it worth grabbing an early copy? I’ll tell you 3 reasons you need to read The Spotlight RIGHT NOW:

1. You thought the Eras tour should have more murder

Taylor Swift's Eras Tour

Taylor Swift’s continent-hopping Eras tour has been a pop culture phenomenon of the last three years, even leading some fans to suffer psychological issues like amnesia.

Now what if the spectre of a stalker-killer loomed over the Eras tour? That’s the premise of The Spotlight, which follows pop princess Silver as she embarks on a round-the-world-tour.

2. You like twists and turns and characters that surprise you

The Spotlight is probably my twistiest thriller yet, and I had a lot of fun building a cast of characters that would continually surprise readers.

There’s popstar Silver, of course. But there’s also her former bandmate, Kirby, unaffectionately known as Killer Kirby, because internet conspiracy theorists believe she murdered someone.

There’s also Jones, a handsome, control-freak music producer Svengali. He’s married to Silver, and has a troubled past of his own.

Don’t forget the most important character, either…

3. You believe every book should include a dog

A cute dog!

Meet Bandit, the lurcher-ish mongrel who is the heart of The Spotlight. He’s adorable and, spoiler alert, he does not die in the end (phew!).

If you’re fascinated by the dark side of fame and you love cute dogs, send me a message to get your ebook review copy of The Spotlight.

Alternatively, add it to your wishlist/TBR, because The Spotlight is out in paperback, ebook and audiobook worldwide on 18 June: Amazon UK | Amazon US | Goodreads
